Shipping Policy – RK Scents

At RK Scents, we aim to deliver your favorite perfumes safely, quickly, and with full transparency. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Shipping Partners
We ship all orders in Pakistan using trusted courier services:

Oshi Courier
Your order may be assigned to either courier depending on your delivery location and convenience.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take 2–3 business days.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a WhatsApp message confirming your order.
This WhatsApp confirmation serves as your official order receipt and includes your order details and expected dispatch time.
3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery usually takes 2–7 business days depending on your location and the courier service.
Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.
Delivery timelines are estimates; delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are fixed and mentioned at checkout,whereas Rkscents reserve the right change the delivery charges.
Certain promotions may offer free shipping – see the product page for details.
5. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.
You can track your shipment using the courier’s tracking system:

6. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship only within Pakistan.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
All orders are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
If your order is damaged, lost, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
RK Scents will coordinate with the courier for a replacement or refund, following our Return & Refund Policy.
8. WhatsApp Chat & Customer Support
All order confirmations and updates are sent via WhatsApp chat, including tracking links and estimated delivery dates.
You can use WhatsApp to ask questions about your order, update your delivery address, or report issues.
WhatsApp support ensures faster communication and real-time updates.
9. Tips for Smooth Delivery
Ensure your phone number and address are accurate when placing the order.
Be available at the delivery address during the estimated delivery window.
Check the package for any visible damage before signing the receipt.
10. Return Policy
7-Day Return Policy
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for new & unopened perfumes only.
Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
If the item is wrong or defective, RK Scents will cover return shipping.
For change of mind, return shipping is paid by the customer.
COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Contact customer support to initiate a return.

آپ اپنی ڈلیوری وصول کرنے کے 7 دن کے اندر نیا اور بند پیک پرفیوم واپس کر سکتے ہیں۔
📍 شرائط
پرفیوم استعمال شدہ یا کھلا ہوا نہیں ہونا چاہیے۔
حفظانِ صحت کی وجہ سے کھلا یا استعمال شدہ پرفیوم واپس نہیں لیا جائے گا۔
اگر صرف رائے بدلنے کی وجہ سے ریٹرن ہے تو پرفیوم سیل بند ہونا ضروری ہے۔
اصل پیکنگ اور رسید لازمی ہے۔
🚚 ریٹرن شپنگ
اگر غلط یا خراب پراڈکٹ ہماری طرف سے بھیجی گئی ہو تو ریٹرن شپنگ RK Scents ادا کرے گا۔
اگر ریٹرن کسٹمر کی وجہ سے ہو تو شپنگ چارجز کسٹمر ادا کرے گا۔
💰 کیش آن ڈیلیوری (COD) ریفنڈ
COD آرڈرز کا ریفنڈ بینک ٹرانسفر یا اسٹور کریڈٹ کے ذریعے دیا جائے گا۔
درست بینک تفصیلات فراہم کرنا کسٹمر کی ذمہ داری ہے۔
